We strive to source our ingredients locally, supporting local businesses and using some of the best local Welsh ingredients. We use fresh meat supplied by Martin Player high-class butchers in Whitchurch. They source all of their products from local welsh farms which rear their meat to the highest of standards. The conditions for animal welfare are extremely important and all of the animals have been fed healthily and reared to the highest possible standards. We are aware of the importance of how meat is reared and sourced and think that the higher the standards are the better the meat tastes.
We also try to use as much locally sourced fruit, vegetables, dairy produce and fish as we possibly can. Wales has a huge range of great local ingredients to offer and by using them not only do we get a delicious result but we're also doing our bit to reduce our carbon footprint.
