Sarah's Birthday Gourmet BBQ and canape event
We created a bespoke BBQ menu to fit around Sarah's requirements, the evening started with a canape and mojito reception followed by a gourmet BBQ and salad buffet. We then finished with a plated dessert and freshly brewed coffee. Sarah had a fancy dress theme for the evening, so the event was really fun, a great mix of formal table set up and a very informal party atmosphere.

Giant pasta shell salad with sundried tomatoes, basil, feta cheese and black olives
Condiments ( sweet chilli and tomato relish & garlic and herb mayonnaise)

Miniature lemon cheesecake with fresh summer berries and raspberry coulis served with a mini chocolate and balies mousse
