Ben and Ailies Wedding - 29th May 2010
Ben & Ailie wanted a rustic Morrocan style buffet, which would reflect the theme of their wedding. The theme was a bohemian style wedding with decorative bunting, incense sticks and yurts out side. We tailored a menu to suit their needs and provided two waitresses which organised a champagne reception, drinks service, buffet service and general guest service.

"We just wanted to say thank you on behalf of both Ben and I when I say that the food really made our wedding party. We were thrilled with the outcome, the layout, the service and the food itself. I would also like to thank you for your cool, collected support in the lead up to the party. I especially appreciated the time you gave me to discuss the menu and to take me to the cash and carry to pick up the sweets and napkins. When Ben first met you he contacted me and said that he felt confident in you as you seemed young, ambitious and experienced. When I then met you in May I too was impressed by your approach and you have followed on these initial impressions to the completion. I was really thrilled by the final layout and outcome of the party. Having less seating than guests did mean that people were encouraged to share tables and socialise. I thought it all came together really well.
Lots of guests commented about the food and I have passed your details directly to those who are living in Cardiff and requested to know more about the caters. I feel very lucky to have had A La Mason in the early stages of your business start up, as I believe in a few years time you will be hard to book for events. I wish you all the success in the future, you are both a talented chef and eloquent business manager"
